Day 14 of The New Year

Well its Thursday day 14 of the New Year.
Lets see yesterday was interesting, Larry and I went to an actual Dr.
I amused the Dr, with my ability to play with words, redirect his objective, and turn it into mine.
Mine was to get a lower insurance premium, and had to appear before a dr. like a judge with a violation.
Oh Dear, the games the insurance company play!
Not to linger there.
It will turn into a rant and I will have to have get rant space on PFG's blog.
I am patiently waiting for this month to slide away uneventfully, and that with the hopes of starting some seeds in the second week of Feb.
My birthday is approaching, and I will be older again.
Not necessarily wiser, but older.
It has been 3 months now of sharing a house with son, daughter-in-law and step granddaughter, we have learned a lot from this experience.
It has shown us how to share more than we thought we have done in the past.
Our home has always been a refuge for weary life travelers.
If all goes according to plan, we will be alone in our house again.
We talk of lofty plans of doing this and that, and what we have decided is.
That we will just sit about, and wait as life reveals its mysteries to us.
I pray for all to have enough of what they need, some of what they want.
As my wonderful himself always says, "Be kind and do no Harm".
: )

I love Larry's sentiment, but have to admit in the face of the attitude of some people, I find it hard to be kind and so have decided simply to not put myself in their face, at all. Best to keep away if you feel like you might not be able to be civil. I wonder, as you have to go through such humiliation re medical insurance, how you feel about the reforms considered in that area by your President? We just tend to take it for granted, our medical facilities, our National Health Service, and it would do people good to read what you have to go through.
